June 19 | Held for Farley Music Festival, Farley, UK | Opera Gala
Important Announcement from The Farley Music Festival Committee: Autumn 2020
2020 has been a difficult year for many of us, especially in the Voluntary Charity and Arts sectors. Whilst at the time of writing the outcomes of the C19 pandemic and commensurate Government policy and restrictions remain uncertain, the Farley Festival Music Committee are investigating options to hold a Festival of some kind on the planned dates 22- 27 June 2021. The shape and format of this Music Festival cannot yet be determined due to issues beyond our control, but as we learn to live our lives around the new challenges, we do hope that we can deliver an event enabling young talented Royal Academy Musicians to visit Farley All Saints and perform for you.
To attend a concert in All Saints’ Church, Farley, is to be delighted by this charming seventeenth century church with its extraordinary acoustics, and to marvel at the quality of musicianship presented in a small, intimate setting. During June 2021 it is planned the Farley Music Festival will be held on up to five evenings when young pianists and artists from the Royal Academy of Music and the internationally renowned Diva Opera, Chamber Opera Company, will astonish and surprise audiences. For 2021 the Committee hope to put together together an exciting programme featuring opera, choral and instrumental music.
All 2021 concerts take place at: All Saints’ Church, Farley, Salisbury SP5 1AH and tickets will be available from the Salisbury Playhouse Box Office on a date to be announced and online at that time in Spring 2021.
